Storage Overview
Every Vehicle on arrival is thoroughly inspected, and a comprehensive induction process is carried out.
Vehicle condition is photographed and recorded prior to storage with keys tagged a record for the vehicle created and a receipt issued if required.
Protection added to driver’s seat and footwell.
Battery and fluid levels checked.
To Reduce flat spots on tyres, tyre pressures are increased, or Tyre Trainers are available at extra cost which are designed to prevent flat spots and cracking on side walls.
Battery’s are disconnected before entering and then attached to a Battery conditioner.
We strongly recommend a fuel additive is added to the tank to prevent breakdown of fuel while in storage, please ask for more details as this is becoming more of an issue with modern fuel.
Vehicles are stored in a sealed De humidified building at around 50% Rh and constantly monitored with CCTV, High security alarm and on site personal 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
All vehicles checked and looked at weekly and any issues reported.
On Departure.
Battery Re-Connected.
Correct tyre pressures set.
Fluid levels, lights and horn checked.
Final Check over prior to handover.
